This was the only time sky showed Taylor walking back during his entire game and he is encroaching in the zone players are supposed to be barred from walking in

Honestly - He does it ALL the time - in all comps and in all his matches, seen it myself watching it about half a dozen times in previous games without looking for it but after seeing this in leg 3 i kept an eye out for it the rest of the game and sky never show it.

Didn't you know, Taylor can do whatever he likes up on stage. If he wanted to he could take the board down and give it away.
Tommy Thompson - I have to say that I don't think there is a will in the BDO to go out and search for new sponsors and new venues etc

if those are the rules, then those are the rules. what's the penalty?

Said to my misses about this only last week, he was walking right past Webby (almost brushing his shoulder).

Didn't they implement this system because of him complaining in the first place ??? (Im sure I read this ages ago)

As much as I hate all the Taylor bashing on here the topic starter has a point, surely it's up to the other player to have a word though if it's bothering him?

No point, the ref would just laugh like a bond villain whilst pointing at phil and saying "don't you know who this is, he can do what ever he wants son, now, how good is your signature because he will want you to sign the stage set that he gives away after he gives you the drubbing of your life"

As mildly amusing as this retort is (I'm being serious, I smiled), mattroge makes a good point.

If it was actually bothering any of the other players, it is up to them to notify the officials if they are missing it.

I'm no Taylor fan, but if it was any other player, no one would bat an eyelid.

    Witch hunt.

Ay, to be honest, I think taylor walking in the exclusion zone was the least of jenkins problems.

Just out of interest, does anyone know if a player has been reprimanded for doing it in the past ??

Does the whole foot have to be in the zone for it to be against the rules? Like the ball in football.

Just went on the DRA website and this is on the front page -
    http://www.thedra.compsyswebdesign.com/

"Lewis was also found guilty of "behaviour which may reasonably be construed as gamesmanship" by entering into the exclusion zone prior to his opponent releasing his dart on a number of occasions at the World Grand Prix"

the bitterness on here really is amusing.

if he's in the area its up to the opponent to say so to the refereee and he will be told to move back.

the way he is playing at the minute he probably just cannot wait to get to the board.
Under stress, randall may fall into "catastrophe mode", where he sees nothing but all of the possibilities of what could go wrong. he will berate himself for things which he should have done differently, or duties which he failed to perform. he will lose the ability to see things calmly and reasonably, and will depress himself with visions of doom.

Not being bitter Randy ol Bean, just find it slightly grating that players are treated so differently for the same offenses, Lewis was done by the match officials after the event, does anyone think taylor will be done ?
No, why? , because he is uncle barrys boy and he can do what he likes, i've seen sopranos, I know how this shit works.

i can just picture rout zooming in and out on the picture of taylors big toe creeping over the line and getting in a state about it!

any stick to beat taylor with is a good one.

    makes me smile.

Rout seriously get a life and maybe a job, this obsession will kill you,you sad sack.

I've always wondered why they don't just have a little rope rail along, no fuss then.

Used to play a cunt in the league who would take his darts out the board and then walk dead straight back up the oche! , now the DRA would have a field day with that dickhead.

    Rout

If you had a job and were doing something constructive with your life, you wouldn't have the time or energy to post such drivel

    We should all pity you...

I sincerely hope you get a job soon and become a valuable member of society
